A: Standard production lead time is 15–25 working days after deposit confirmation. For custom OEM profiles, allow 25–35 working days. Shipping time depends on destination port; Southeast Asia typically 7–14 days, South Asia 12–20 days.

Q3: Do you provide test reports for overseas certification?
A: Yes. We provide CNAS-accredited laboratory test reports with ilac-MRA international recognition, covering wind pressure, water tightness, and air permeability performance. These reports can support your local certification application (such as SIRIM in Malaysia or PSQCA in Pakistan) as technical reference documents.

Q4: Can you produce windows based on our drawings or samples?
A: Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM service. Send us your drawings, samples, or specification sheets, and we will confirm feasibility, tooling requirements, and quotation within 5–7 working days.

Q5: What payment terms do you accept?
A: Our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we can discuss L/C at sight or other terms.

Q6: What is your warranty policy?
A: We provide a 5-year warranty on window frames and hardware under normal use conditions. Glass and gaskets carry a 2-year warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by improper installation or extreme weather events.

Q7: Do you support FOB or CIF terms?
A: Yes. We primarily quote FOB [Shenzhen/ Tianjin]. CIF quotes can be provided upon request. For FOB terms, the buyer is responsible for destination certification application and import clearance; we provide full technical documentation support.

A: Our current focus markets are Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines) and South Asia (Pakistan, Sri Lanka). We are actively preparing market-specific certifications for these regions. Other markets can be discussed based on certification feasibility.
